Ayat. Nouri

Grand Ayatollah Nouri Hamedani stressed in the gathering of Muslim missionaries of Mashhad, “The officials should address people’s issues and sympathize with their pain, the door of their offices should be open to the people, and see why some people are complaining. Were they not the same people who endured eight years of war and left behind all the problems, why do they sometimes complain now?”

Hawzah News Agency- Senior cleric Grand Ayatollah Hussein Nouri Hamedani had a meeting with members of the seminary and missionaries of Mashhad on Saturday, during which he emphasized the importance of benefiting from the days of Shaban and preparing for the month of Ramadan, and considered the role of the clergy to be very crucial and stated,” Let's be proud that we are students, let's be proud that we are praying, let's be proud that we are problem solvers; Don't underestimate serving people and being with people and be proud of it.”

The Grand Ayatollah continued addressing the students,” First of all, let us be humble ourselves, strengthen our relationship with our leader, the Imam of the Time, if there is a difficulty, if we have a problem, let us intercede with God, you can be sure that it will be resolved.”

He added,” Today, people are concerned with our actions in addition to our words. If words and actions are not the same, people's faith will suffer. Today, there are serious doubts in the cyber space, respected students should try to identify the needs and present their content according to those needs and refrain from expressing really weak content.”

This Shia source of emulation further noted,” Today, livelihood and economic problems are people’s main concern, but there are also cultural problems. We must stand with these people through these problems. Religious people come to us and are worried, but how should we talk to people when some radio and television programs promote not wearing hijab and are anti-cultural, or we have repeatedly told the administrations to start from themselves. You can't force people to do something, while the centers under our control do the opposite. True, we are worried, but we have to address the issue in the right way. People are very good and religious. We must do our duty to address their needs.”
